The Tilman is definitely the place to go if you was friendly service combined with stylish and classy surroundings with reasonably priced drinks. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Dale the bar manager happy to engage in conversation and give advice on what to do in the area - didn't try the food on this visit but will be back and maybe even book a room as I was that impressed with the experience had there

Another lovely stay at the Tillman having visited a few times in the past. Fab friendly staff, great rooms, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super breakfast every day ..didn’t try the in-house Smash Burgers but they looked delicious. Great range of beers, wines and cocktails ! Central location. Overall a Super place to stay in Barmouth.

Stopped by for some lunch which was really good! Really efficient service and tasted amazing. Really friendly barman with great advice on the food. We had a mixture of loaded fries and burgers and were all brilliant. We’ll be back when we’re in the area again ☺️

We didn’t stay but we did eat here! Such friendly staff! Make you feel really welcome here 🫶🏼 The barman said these were the best burgers in town… could argue they were the best burgers we’ve ever had! I had the veggie burger, my partner had the Bacon Cheeseburger! So yummy 🍔 Very dog friendly too which was perfect for our Golden retriever 🫶🏼

I haven’t stayed here personally but I’ve visited on two occasions for drinks and food. Service is immaculate, such friendly staff. Music creates a vibey atmosphere and it’s dog friendly, what more can you want?! The smashed burger and fries are amazing here and really good value for money. Similar to the chain beefy boys but even better. Will definitely keep visiting!
