Went to this restaurant on Friday night I thought this looks a nice clean establishment. It was fairly quiet so was unsure whether the food would be good.
I’m glad I stayed as the food was cooked to a very good standard. It come out hot and was very reasonably priced. Staff were also very friendly and chatty made us feel welcome. I was very impressed I went there for dinner the next day and although it was a lot busier I still got the same very good service will deffo visit again.
We are tourists and found this place to be exceptionally clean (spotless bathrooms!) and with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was tasty and well above average. Recommended
Tonight was the night I was proposing to my girlfriend! I had the ring and the intention. We stopped in here with the whole family before the kids were taken home for her and I to have some time together. We ordered drinks, including cocktails for her and I. They delivered the cocktails, spilling the espresso martini all over my partner and 1 year old son. They gave a sorry but really with that kind of mistake you'd expect a bit more. She smelt of coffee on the bridge but I'd need more to put me off then that. She said yes. This bar is merely a humerous foot note in the tale, and not a place we'll ever visit again.
We had a quick lunch here yesterday. I had the steak panini and my wife had the bacon and Brie. The food was genuinely lovely, a little pricey when you see the menu but well worth it.
It was however very cold in the place. The bar staff had their coat on and it was needed. The music was also quite loud for middle of the day.
Decent enough. Persian kebab was nicely presented & well cooked but wife had a Caesar salad that was very dry with barely a hint of dressing. Service from the staff was good from the younger employees but the elder (possibly owners) did smack of it being tiresome for them. Okay given it’s a tourist destination but nothing to set it aside from the rest
