The Fanny Talbot

Amazing food and service! One of the nicest restaurants I have been to for a while. I ate the pork belly to start and had the beef for mains. Both dishes were incredible! I also enjoyed the different butter with the bread. Everything was perfect and the service was fantastic!

We stopped by the Fanny Talbot for drinks during a recent trip to Barmouth and what a treat. Firstly make sure to go in to check out the bar as it is stunning. The drink offerings were good, with the 1664 Blanc being a personal highlight, especially on a hot sunny day. The outdoor seating area is really smart, with a retractable roof if the weather does happen to turn on you. If I'm ever back in Barmouth I will be stopping by.

Absolutely beautiful we were treated like royalty 👑 from the moment we walked in till we left. The food was delicious fresh and never took to long to get to the table must have used fresh ingredient as the taste was spot on. Free small car park disabled entry very accessible small playground for children toilets male female and disabled very clean and plenty of toilet roll. Rooms lovely and spacious lovely views ❤️ location is on point keep up the good work 👏

We just stopped by whilst shopping for a lovely glass of cider and some charcuterie. Both perfect. We sat outside in a lovely area and all was well until some of the other customers started smoking. It was nauseating. I just cannot tolerate the horrible smell of cigarettes. It really does turn my stomach and makes me want to throw up. We're just not exposed to cigarette smoke these days. I was more than a little surprised that smoking was allowed here in what was a semi covered area. Please please please can you stop smoking on these tables outside the bar/restaurant. The pavement is very close and easily accessible for people who want to smoke.

A fantastic dining experience. Had the tasting menu on a busy Friday night with paired wines. Every course was exceptional and the staff great. A meal that I will very fondly remember for a while!
